Mlnarik at first appears to be a tough last name until you understand that
although it’s spelled with an “L,” it’s pronounced as if the “L” were an “E.”

The name might be tough, but buying
or selling a home with us is anything but tough. We are full-time Grand Lakers
who bring years of corporate experience and travel to the area. Our successful
corporate careers translate into service and success in real estate. Originally
from Nebraska and Iowa, we and our two sons have called Oklahoma “home” for 24
years. With interim stints in Kansas City, LA, and Houston, and being both
buyers and sellers, we understand and appreciate the value of a good Realtor.

Training and
development are a high priority for the Mlnarik Team. In addition to extensively
attending REMAX conferences, they both have earned their GRI (Graduate Realtor
Institute) certification in 2004. The certification requires intense involvement
in a year-long development program for real estate professionals. |
During Larry’s corporate career of 29
years with Skelly, Getty, and Texaco he held positions in Corporate Treasury,
Supply, and Trading. Prior to his return to Oklahoma, Larry was Manager of U.S.
Refined Products Supply Exchanges for the downstream joint venture of Texaco,
Shell, and Saudi Aramco.
Marilyn holds a CPA certificate and
worked in banking, transportation, corporate accounting, finance, and
operations. Since 1991 she has done extensive consulting at the managerial and
director level in Human Resources, Audit, System Transitions, and Accounting and
Finance.
Since joining REMAX Grand Lake in
April 2003, we, as a team, have set records for new Realtors. We are receiving
the REMAX 100% Club Award in Oklahoma City in January 2005 for our outstanding
results in 2004.
We are also active in the lake
community, particularly in fund development for meeting local needs. Larry is an
active board member with the Monkey Island Volunteer Association, and Marilyn is
Past President of the Auxiliary. We enjoy Shangri-La golf, area fishing, and
participate in various Grand Lake festivities.
We bring our love for Grand Lake and
our varied business and personal experiences into service for our customers. So
